Subscription billing is handled exclusively by Stripe. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment card information, bank account numbers, or other financial data. Usage Data
We may collect non-personally-identifying usage data to operate and improve the Service, including:

- Search queries and filter selections entered within the Notice Explorer
- Saved search configurations and watchlist items you create

This data is used solely for service operation, quality assurance, and product improvement. It is not sold or shared with third parties for advertising purposes.
Email Alerts and Communications
If you configure saved searches with alert notifications enabled, we will use your email address to send daily digest emails containing matching notices. You may disable alerts at any time from within the platform. We may also send transactional emails related to your account (e.g., billing confirmations, password resets handled through Auth0).
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To create and maintain your account
- To deliver platform features, including the Notice Explorer, saved searches, watchlist, and export tools

You have the following rights with respect to your personal information:
- Access. You may request a summary of the personal information we hold about you.
